I called 5 stars when my AC was blowing cold air.

They were here on a Saturday night at 9 PM within an hour. Once Billy got here, he took his time explaining stuff and was very patient, as I was a bit nervous it was going to be very expensive. I am a new homeowner, so I really appreciated the time Billy took to explain what was wrong and my different options. He also took the time to show me how to change my filters in the future. I did not feel rushed and did not feel like I was trying to be upsold. Thanks 5 stars and Billy High!!

I recently reached out to 5 STAR HVAC for an estimate/quote to install a new 4-ton furnace for my 2 story home.

Thanks to Yelpers and the wonderful reviews for 5 Star, I now have a new go-to company for my A/C and Heater needs! Not only was the estimate very reasonable, but the Technician “Jose” was very professional and gave great advice and service options for me.

We have had issues with our HVAC being out of balance for many years in our home.

We contacted 5 Star HVAC, and Pedro came the next day to assess our system and recommend fixes. We wound up needing significant work, and one of our furnaces was undersized for our home. Pedro did not sugar coat our situation. The effort and cost was substantial. We were able to take advantage of some pretty decent financing offered through a 3rd party. The work was scheduled for the following week. The crew showed up promptly to the appointment and began work. They gave us feedback about the install as it was happening, and allowed us to make a few custom changes concerning where new ductwork would run, where new vents and returns would be installed. They were here most of the day, and had us up and running in the early evening. Pedro came back to see us the next day for a final inspection, and found a few issues to be corrected. The crew returned to make the corrections the same day. We had a great experience with 5 Star HVAC, and would recommend them to anyone looking to make adjustments with their existing HVAC system.

My furnace died and 5 star assisted me in gettting a new furnace. As before, 5 Star was very helpful and professional through out the entire process. Thank you 5 Star! I made the right choice of contracting with Mr Vargas and his 5 Star team. They were professional and honest and overll did a greeat job installing my new unit. We noticed our furnace was blowing cool air and outside temps were starting to fall.

I called our HVAC man and found that he was retiring, but he had referred us to 5 Star. They were able to come out that day, inspect the unit, recommend a replacement and complete the project that same afternoon. Everything was left in great shape.

Came out twice for separate issues and never tried to upsell or over-repair. Great communication and prompt service. Would use them again and recommend to friends & family.

Awoke this morning to a very cold downstairs!

Called 5 Star, expecting to have a several hour wait for a contractor as it’s snowing outside. They had an honest and professional guy at my door within an hour. He didn’t try to upsell me. He fixed the problem (a capacitor) when other HVAC companies would undoubtedly have tried to sell me a whole motor. I highly recommend this company.

5 stars for 5 Star HVAC.

They were recommended to us by our previous HVAC guy who retired. They did a bunch of work to our failing heating system the next day after first consultation. It was a safety issue in our house, and we were so grateful for their prompt and affordable service. All of the guys were extremely professional, protected all of our belongings, and cleaned up afterwards. they also fixed an airflow issue in our house that made some rooms hot when others were cold. All of the above was done at half the price quoted by another large box company, so we couldn’t be happier. They just got some loyal customers for life!

They were able to get us setup with a great price and lightning fast service. Super professional, keeping everything nice and clean. Most impressive was how well their communication is. The first thermostat that came with the unit was having issues and while we were waiting for the new one to come in, they were checking on us during the cold weather to make sure we were ok. Just incredible service!

Excellent Service!

My A/C went out at the worst possible time. I called 5 Star at 8 am and Troy was at my house two ours later. It was determined I needed a new condenser and they had it installed the very next morning for a great price. They also installed my Smart thermostats as part of the A/C cost. To say I was impressed by the service is an understatement. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Woke up this morning to discover our a/c was not working.

I called 5 Star at 9:00. Chip was here around 11:00. He was gone by 11:30. We are cool again! And it's Saturday of a holiday weekend! We will never call anyone else but 5 Star. Very happy!

I called 5 Star initially to get a "second opinion" on my HVAC/condenser diagnosis and pricing...

I received from a well advertised/large DFW company--their quote was absolutely shocking. 5 Star's quote with identical equipment plus additional items installed more than 1/2 less!... I have the documentation to back this up. Make SURE you get 2-3 quotes--the prices vary wildly for identical equipment/job as many companies are sales organizations first, then HVAC next. Needless to say, 5 Star won the job, came out the next day and had the installation of my 5 ton outside Lennox unit done within a few hours. The crew did exactly what they promised, were super professional and courteous--no frills, just pros that got it done. I have since received follow up calls to check on the installation and performance, etc. Beware of the shiny new trucks and advertising you see from the larger HVAC companies--their overhead will cost you dearly. 5 Star was exceptional in every category and I got a fair price. No hesitation to recommend them.

Got both systems replaced same-day.

There were a few issues that came up, but 5 Star didn't hesitate to rectify them immediately. Overall very professional and very competitive pricing!
